You may wish to prepare a form like the example below and ask your legal advisor to have it included in your will.

"I give and bequeath the sum of $______________ (or)__________ % of my estate, (or) residue of my estate, (or) property or assets as follows _____________________free of all charges, to The Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust. The official receipt of the Chief Executive or other authorised officer of the Trustee is an absolute discharge to my executors."
