14/12/08 The helicopter was tasked to Whangapoua however responded to people in the water at Bethells Beach. The paramedic was winched onto rocks however person was deceased at the scene. The Whangapoua job was carried out by Waikato Air Ambulance.

14/12/08 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and winched a male with injuries after a ride on mower rolled down a steep slope and transported him to Auckland City Hospital.
